MEYER LEMON TANGERINE SPRING SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

• 2-3 cups mixed greens
• 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
• 1/2 bunch grilled asparagus spears, chopped
• 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
• feta cheese crumbled
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 3 tablespoons Zi Olive Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
• 3/4 cup Zi Olive Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Combine ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
