Also try in sauces, soups and stews. Mix with our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, Aged Cabernet or one of yours for a dynamite dressing or marinade. Mesquite has a unique flavor profile, sweet and piney, that goes particularly well with rich, dark meats like goose, duck, and lamb.
